Beef and Salsa Burritos

This is a meal in a burrito!


  • ½ tbsp. Chili Powder
  • ¼ tsp. pepper, black fine grind
  • 8 (10-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
  • ½ tsp. Ground Cumin
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ c. prepared chunky salsa
  • 1 pkg. (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
  • 1 c. (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium heat, about 10
    minutes; drain. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir
    in spinach and salsa. Heat through.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese.
  3. Spoon 1/2 cup of beef mixture in center of each tortilla. Fold
    bottom edge up over filling; fold sides to center, overlapping
