Barbecued Lamb Chops

INGREDIENTS

2 pounds lamb chops or steaks (1-inch thick)
1 cup dry red wine
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
1 teaspoon Durkee® Rosemary Leaf
1/2 teaspoon Durkee® Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Durkee® Ground Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 medium onion, chopped

DIRECTIONS

Place lamb in reseable plastic bag.  Mix all ingredients together and pour over lamb.

Marinate several hours or overnight. 

Drain well.  Grill over hot coals or under preheated boiler about 3 inches from heat surface 10 to 12 minutes each side for medium doneness.
