Broiled Fish with Parmesan Topping

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
2 teaspoons Durkee® Parsley Flakes
1 teaspoon Durkee® Oregano Leaf
1/2 teaspoon Durkee® Thyme Leaf
1 pound fish fillets or steaks
salt and peppper
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

Combine mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, oregano and thyme in small bowl; set aside. 

Place fish on oiled rack of broiler pan; season with salt and pepper, as desired.  Spread sauce on fish; sprinkle with cheese. 

Broil on high 6 inches from heat 6 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes when tested.  (Do not turn fish over.)
