Fireside Buttered Rum

INGREDIENTS

1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons Durkee® Ground Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Durkee® Ground Nutmeg
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
1 bottle (1 ounce) Durkee® Imitation Rum Flavor

DIRECTIONS

Cream butter, sugars, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat in ice cream and rum extract until smooth. Pour into a container with tight fitting lid; cover and store in freezer.

To serve, place 1/2 cup mixture in mug. Add 1 cup boiling water; stir to mix. Garnish with cinnamon stick, if desired.
