DILL-ICIOUS Salmon Steaks
Prep Time: 15 minutes 1 teaspoon DURKEE Dill Weed Prepare grill or preheat broiler. Combine DURKEE Dill Weed, Onion Salt and Garlic Powder. Sprinkle on both sides of fish. Cut lemon in half; juice one half and slice the other for serving with fish. Stir lemon juice into butter. Place fish on oiled grill or broiler pan. Cook 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until slightly firm to the touch and opaque in the center, basting with lemon butter. Serve with sliced lemon. Nutritional information per serving: 269 calories, 138 calories from fat, 15 g total fat, 5 g saturated fat, 98 mg cholesterol, 426 mg sodium, 2 g total carbohydrate, 30 g protein. Hint: DURKEE Sweet Basil or Tarragon may be substituted for Durkee Dill Weed. Other firm fish may be substituted for salmon. |
