DILL-ICIOUS Salmon Steaks

Yield: 4 servings

Cook Time: 10 minutes

1 teaspoon DURKEE Dill Weed
1 teaspoon DURKEE Onion Salt
1/2 teaspoon DURKEE Garlic Powder
4 (1-inch thick) salmon steaks (about 1-1/2 pounds)
1 lemon
2 tablespoon butter, melted

Prepare grill or preheat broiler. Combine DURKEE Dill Weed, Onion Salt and Garlic Powder.  Sprinkle on both sides of fish. Cut lemon in half; juice one half and slice the other for serving with fish. Stir lemon juice into butter. Place fish on oiled grill or broiler pan. Cook 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until slightly firm to the touch and opaque in the center, basting with lemon butter. Serve with sliced lemon.

Hint: DURKEE Sweet Basil or Tarragon may be substituted for Durkee Dill Weed.  Other firm fish may be substituted for salmon.
