  Vanilla Flavor, Clear Imitation
  General Description
When the purest of whites is needed, substitute other vanilla with Clear Imitation Vanilla Flavor. It won't discolor foods, making it the ideal choice for meringues, icings, whipped cream, and a variety of baked goods.

Storage Tips
Store in cool, dark, dry places.

A Few Ideas To Get You Started
Use in white angel food and wedding cakes to add the taste but not the color of vanilla extract. Start with 1/2 teaspoon for 2 cups cake or cookie batter. Try 1 teaspoon in your favorite meringue shell recipe for added flavor, but no color. For the purest white whipped cream, use 1 teaspoon Vanilla Flavor per cup of cream. It is ideal for use in recipes calling for white chocolate. Stir 1/2 teaspoon Clear Imitation Vanilla Flavor into 1 cup plain yogurt for a quick fruit dip.
