A Few Ideas To Get You Started
Great with fruit compote. Add 1 teaspoon Pineapple Extract to 2 cups compote. Or, add 1 teaspoon Pineapple Extract to 1 cup lemonade or orange juice. Try stirring 1 1/2 teaspoons into basic frosting or sugar cookie recipe. For a Hawaiian spread, blend 1/2 teaspoon Pineapple Extract, 2 tablespoons each nuts and coconut, and 3 oz. cream cheese. For quick no-bake cookies, combine 2 teaspoons Pineapple Extract with 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs, 3/4 cup each coconut and powdered sugar, and 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate; form into balls.
