Try 1 to 2 teaspoons Vanilla, Butter & Nut Flavor to a basic cake or cookie recipe. Use a lower amount in recipes with no baking or cooking. It adds flavor to pancake, waffle, or French toast batter and enhances strudel toppings and graham cracker crusts. Use 1 teaspoon for a cup of topping or crust mix. Stir 1/2 teaspoon into frostings, whipped cream, or puddings for added richness. Its terrific in candied sweet potatoes, squash, or baked apples.
