A Few Ideas To Get You Started
As a butter substitute, begin with 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon Imitation Butter Flavor per 4 servings. Its flavor is stronger in uncooked recipes. For buttery cookies, cakes, or breads, cream 1/2 teaspoon with each cup of shortening used. For a healthy dish, cut tops off 4 baked potatoes and scoop out potato. Blend with 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon Imitation Butter Flavor and 1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder and pepper. Fold in 1 cup cooked chopped broccoli. Fill potato shells. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
