Hot Fudge Sauce

1-3/4 Cups 
Sugar 1 cup
Evaporated milk 5 oz.
Water 1/3 cup
Corn syrup, light 2 Tbsp.
Cocoa 3/4 cup
Vegetable oil 1/4 cup
Durkee Pure Vanilla Extract 1 tsp.
Durkee Almond Extract 1/2 tsp.


Combine sugar, milk, water, corn syrup, cocoa and oil in a 2-quart glass bowl.  (Note:  do not use a smaller bowl, as mixture will boil over).  Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.  Stir until smooth, using a whisk.  Microwave an additional 4 minutes, until mixture is thickened. 

Add Durkee Pure Vanilla Extract and Durkee Almond Extract, stirring until smooth and glossy. 

Serve warm or cold.  Store fudge sauce in refrigerator.
